Enjoy a night to remember as you and five friends enjoy a meal showcasing regional food based on James Barbers' recipes.
Dinner will be prepared by Pat Barber, James' son, Allan Aikman, the Chair and Instructor of the Culinary Arts Program at Vancouver Island University, and our very own former Executive Director Frank Hudson.
Dinner takes place at Applejack farm in Cowichan Station - James Barber's beloved estate on a mutually agreed upon evening.
Throughout the night, Pat Barber will regale guests with stories about James' life and legacy, and all three chefs will impress with their culinary wizardry.
Each guest will receive a James Barber cookbook as a memento.
Group round-trip transportation to and from the Victoria area is included!
Alcohol is not included.
